Start to Finish
How a Buffalo Project Runs
01
You Reach Out
Call, text or send us your project through the estimate form. We’ll call you back to schedule a free consultation.
02
Free Consultation
By phone or on site — whatever works for you. You don’t need plans or drawings. Just tell us what you want done and we’ll talk through options and budget.
03
Walk-Through & Scope
We walk the space, take measurements and nail down the scope of work together, so the estimate covers what you actually want.
04
Your Estimate
A clear, written estimate, usually within 24 hours of the walk-through. Once you approve it, a deposit gets you on the schedule.
05
Scheduling & Prep
We schedule the crew and materials, then protect your home before work starts — floors and furniture covered, rooms taped and sealed off.
06
The Build
Our project manager runs the job and keeps the work to our standard. You get an update at every milestone, and you can reach us with questions any time in between.
07
Final Walk-Through & Sign-Off
We walk every finished detail with you. Nothing gets signed off until you’re happy with it. Then we clean up completely and hand over your closeout paperwork, care instructions and warranty information.
The Fine Print, Made Plain
How We Handle the Hard Parts
Payments
A deposit secures your spot on the schedule. The rest is paid in installments as the work progresses — laid out in your estimate before anything starts.
Changes & Surprises
If you want to add something mid-project — or we open a wall and find hidden damage — we stop and put it in writing as a change order. Change orders are paid before the original work continues, so your original price never quietly grows.
Who’s on Your Job
Our own crew does the work. When a project needs a specialty trade, we pick them carefully, based on proven work, and every one carries their own license, insurance and workers’ comp.
Questions
Frequently Asked
Do I need plans or drawings before I call?
No. Most of our projects start with a conversation and a walk-through. If you already have plans or a designer, great — bring them.
How fast will I get an estimate?
Most estimates are ready within 24 hours of the walk-through. Larger projects with more moving parts can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and the estimate are both free, by phone or on site.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. You can pick your own tile, fixtures, flooring and finishes, or we can help you choose. Manufacturer warranties on products you buy stay between you and the manufacturer.
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
In most cases, yes. We seal off the work area, control dust and clean up as we go. For bigger jobs like a full kitchen, we’ll talk through what living there during the project will look like before we start.
What happens if you find hidden damage?
We stop, show you what we found and put the fix in writing as a change order. Nothing extra happens without your approval.
Do you take smaller jobs and repairs?
Yes. Service calls, small repairs and punch-list items are welcome — not just big remodels.
Do you handle emergencies and storm damage?
Yes. We take on emergency and time-sensitive repairs, including storm damage. Call us directly for anything urgent.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We take on insurance restoration projects and can work alongside your adjuster.
Can you finish a project another contractor started?
No. We’re happy to take on any part of a remodel, but we don’t pick up work someone else started — we can only stand behind work we built from the beginning.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes — office and retail build-outs, tenant improvements, restaurant renovations and commercial repairs.
Ready to Talk About Your Project?
Free consultation, by phone or on site. No plans required — just tell us what you’re picturing and we’ll take it from there.
